This policy covers azsolarmaintenance.com, a static website operated by MD Home Solutions LLC to describe solar panel detach and reset, cleaning, inspection, and monitoring services and to collect quote requests. It does not cover any other website, and it does not cover information you may separately give us over email, by phone, or in person once a job is underway; that correspondence is handled under the same principles described here but is not itself part of this web page.
This site does not use cookies, and it does not currently run analytics or advertising tracking of any kind. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us directly, either through the quote request form on this site or through an email link. That information can include your name, email address, phone number, property address, panel count, and anything else you write, such as the timing of a reroof or a question about your system.
When the quote form on this site is submitted, the property address, phone number, and message you entered are emailed to support@mdhomes.io and also saved to a server-side log for backup purposes. That backup log is stored outside the public web folder and is not accessible by visiting a URL. Standard technical details that accompany any web form submission, such as the IP address and timestamp of the request, are included in that same record.
If analytics or similar tracking are added to this site in the future, this policy will be updated first to disclose what is collected, how it is used, and how to opt out.

The only client-side behavior on this site is cosmetic: a script that reveals page sections as you scroll and a script that opens the quote request popup.
