AZ Solar Maintenance is the solar side of MD Home Solutions LLC, based in Gilbert, Arizona. We handle the panels so roofers, homeowners, and insurance adjusters do not have to.
AZ Solar Maintenance is a service of MD Home Solutions LLC, headquartered at 1530 E Williams Field Rd, Suite 105, Gilbert, AZ. We exist because solar panels create a problem most trades avoid: roofers do not want to touch electrical hardware on a roof they need clear, and homeowners rarely know who else to call once panels are involved in a reroof, a storm claim, or a home sale. We are that call.
Arizona roofs deal with monsoon dust storms, haboob fallout, and hard-water spotting that leaves a film ordinary cleaning cannot touch, all while live electrical equipment sits on top of tile or shingle. When a roofer needs the deck clear for a reroof, or a solar company has closed and left a homeowner with an orphaned system, we are the crew that steps in without requiring the original installer.
Most East Valley rooftops are tile, most neighborhoods are HOA-dense, and a lot of the solar out there was installed by a company that no longer answers the phone. That combination is exactly why this business exists as a standalone crew instead of a division of a single roofing company: a roofer can call us for any reroof regardless of who installed the panels, and a homeowner with an orphaned system can call us directly without needing to track down the original installer first.
The work looks different depending on who is asking, but the crew and the process are the same either way.
We schedule around your crew, not the other way around. Panels come off before tear-off and go back on when you call it clean, so your bid and your timeline stay yours.
Your roofer handles shingles, we handle panels. You get one flat number based on your panel count, and photo proof the system is producing again when the job is done.
We document everything for the adjuster file. Before-and-after photos and itemized per-panel pricing keep the claim moving instead of stalling it.
Panel-count quote within hours. When an inspection calls for a new roof on a solar home, we slot the detach and reset around the roofer so escrow stays on schedule.
Detach and reset for reroofs is the core of the business. Cleaning, inspection, and monitoring keep the system earning once it is back up.
Panels off before tear-off, back on and producing after. Labeled, photographed hardware and a full recommissioning check.
CleaningDust and hard-water film block sunlight. Panels cleaned safely, with a before-and-after production check.
InspectionA full look at panels, racking, and wiring. Photo-documented findings you can act on.
MonitoringSomeone actually watches production. A dropped system gets flagged instead of found months late on a bill.
We tell you what a service covers before you agree to anything. If we do not have an answer about your specific system yet, we say so instead of guessing, and we describe what a visit actually includes rather than promising an outcome we have not seen yet.
Every job is documented in photos, before and after. Every panel, rail, bolt, and connector that comes off a roof is labeled and photographed first, so nothing gets guessed at during reinstallation. That record is yours to keep for your own files or to hand to an insurance adjuster.
Detach and reset is priced per panel, counted from satellite imagery. Send an address and we can quote the job the same day without a site visit. The number you are quoted is the number you pay.
